All items are requested directly by you the client and we are only a shipping service. The items are produced and sold at different market places so Sendan Limited will not be able to provide warranties on any safety, legal and quality claims. You release Sendan Limited from any Liabilities caused due to the products purchased on your behalf from international sellers.

 

All products you attempt to purchase are subject to availability and shipping governed by local and international trade rules. We have the right to refuse an order or limit the item quantity. Your placement of an order does not mean we will necessarily accept the order. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion. In addition, we may also require additional information if we have not received any from you the client.

We are always happy to provide refunds or accept returns as long as the item you received is a completely different item by size, nature and dimensions. Refunds or returns will not be accepted after 24 hours of the items being delivered.

We will not be held responsible for deliveries that are delayed beyond our control or delay due to any natural calamity. In the term of an indefinite time period of a delay we will have the right to refuse an order and refund for the amount paid by you the client.

We will not be accepting any card payments or do not have any physical stores in your area. We only accept mobile payments and  do not have representatives who accept our payments. You as a client should be aware of this information and the company will not be responsible for payments made anywhere on our name.

We value our privacy and will not share your personal information at any cost apart from our delivery agents and company to provide you a seamless services for online shopping.
